The Final Issue

February 22, 2019
By Larry Claypool - OVO Editor , Ohio Valley Outdoors

Attached with this article is a cover photo of the Spring issue of Ohio Valley Outdoors Magazine, the final issue.

Since the fall of 2001, we have offered readers a comprehensive and interesting approach through stories, columns and photos about the outdoors in the Ohio Valley region. We appreciate everyone who's helped provide the information and images that have graced these pages. But, it's time to sign off.

This magazine has been the staple publication that also fostered and produced two newspaper tabloid publications; the Ohio Valley Outdoor Times and Mid-Ohio Valley Outdoor Times; a website; social media pages; outdoor sports shows, seminars and events and at one time a radio show. All of those will cease operations, as of March 1, 2019.
