2 striper or rock fish fillets
1 tbs. Merlot Fine Wine Jelly Sportsman's Table Item #MWJ01
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. Spicy Cajun Seasoning Sportsman's Table Item #TW014, use appropriate amount to your taste for spice!
Instructions
1. Clean and rinse fish fillets. Tap with dry paper towel to remove excess water. Sprinkle cajun seasoning on fish. Bake at 350
degrees for 10-15 min. or until done, depending on the size of the fillets. Over low heat, melt merlot wine jelly in a sauce pan
with olive oil. When jelly is thinned into a sauce pour or baste with a brush on fish. Place fish in oven for a min. or two to heat
the glaze. Serve hot.
