4 large chicken breasts, smoke-cooked and chopped

28 oz. can tomato sauce

2 pkg. taco seasoning


28 oz. can enchilada sauce

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/4 C. fresh cilantro

1 pkg. small corn tortillas

1 large onion, chopped

1 pkg. Mexican Blend shredded cheese


1. Smoke-cook chicken breasts at 200 degrees for 3 hours.

2. Mix cilantro into cream cheese.

3. Mix tomato sauce with taco seasoning or enchilada sauce.

4. Layer sauce mixture, tortillas, cream cheese mixture, chicken, onion, shredded cheese, and repeat once more.

5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or cook in microwave for 12-14 minutes.
